Senior Network Engineer

The ideal candidate must appreciate a high level of customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be excellent at communicating with end-users, management and IT staff of client companies.

The ideal Network Engineer candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Advanced design, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and enterprise applications

Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Exchange 2003/2007 and MS-SQL 2000/2005 for mission-critical applications and large-scale deployments

In-depth understanding of Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000/2003 Small Business Server, Windows Vista and Windows XP Pro

Active Directory deployment and group policy management for large organizations

Enterprise backup, antivirus and anti malware/spyware solutions

WAN technologies and advanced routing protocols

Firewall, VPN, router and VLAN architecting and administration

High availability designs (server clustering, SANs, network load-balancing, QOS)

Terminal Server/Citrix design and management

Advanced security analysis of LANs, WANs, wireless, servers and desktops

Multi-protocol, multi-vendor, standards-based engineering

Migrating PBX to VOIP Additional requirements:

• MCSE certification
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with the above technologies
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work proactively
• Some Linux experience desired
• Familiarity with one or more IT process methodologies
• Experience with SonicWall and Cisco firewalls
