Free On-Site IT Assessment for Your Business
Most IT companies quote you from a phone call. We send an engineer to your office to see how your network, servers, backups and security actually work. Then we hand you a complete written plan with options, so you choose what fits your business.
Free. No obligation. On-site in San Diego, Chicago and Indianapolis.
- An engineer reviews your setup in person, not over the phone
- Written findings, risks and costs that you keep
- Options laid out side by side. You decide what to do
- Microsoft-certified engineers, in business since 1997

Book Your Free Assessment
Takes about a minute. We call within one business day to schedule the visit.
On-site visits in San Diego · Chicago · Indianapolis. Outside those areas? We run the same review remotely.
What the Engineer Reviews On Site
A hands-on look at the six areas where small and mid-size businesses most often have hidden risk or wasted spend.
Network and Wi-Fi
Firewall, switches, wireless coverage and internet failover. Where it is slow, exposed or a single point of failure.
Servers and Workstations
Age, warranty, patch levels and performance of the machines your team relies on every day.
Backups and Recovery
What is actually backed up, where it lives, and how long a restore would really take.
Security and Email
MFA, endpoint protection, phishing filtering and admin access. The usual ways small businesses get breached.
Microsoft 365 and Cloud
Licenses, cloud apps and subscriptions. What you pay for, what you use, and what is missing.
Compliance
Gaps against HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC or your cyber insurance questionnaire, where they apply to you.

A Complete Written Plan You Keep
After the visit we put everything in writing: what we found, what is at risk, and what we recommend. Every recommendation comes with options and costs, ranked by priority, so you can fix the urgent things first and plan the rest.
The plan is yours whether you hire us or not. Use it with your internal team, your current provider, or with us.
- Findings for every area we reviewed
- Risks ranked by priority, in plain English
- Options with costs for each fix
- We go over the plan with you and answer questions

On-Site Assessment: Common Questions
What business owners ask before they book.
Is the on-site IT assessment really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no contract. You keep the written plan whether or not you work with us.
What happens if we decide not to hire you?
Nothing. The plan is yours to use however you like, including with your internal IT person or your current provider.
How long does the visit take?
Typically a few hours, depending on the size of your office and how many systems you run. We confirm the timing when we schedule.
Does someone from our team need to be there?
It helps to have one person who can give us access to the network equipment, server room and admin accounts, and answer a few questions about how your team works.
What if we are outside San Diego, Chicago and Indianapolis?
On-site visits cover those three metro areas. For other locations we run the same review remotely and still deliver a written plan.
Do we have to switch IT providers?
No. Many businesses use the assessment as a second opinion on their current setup. What you do with the findings is up to you.
