Our Process

Discovery & Identify Weaknesses

The first step in our process is to examine the organization technology. We work to uncover potential flaws that may be effecting business productivity.
Assess Risk & Budget

We analyze the potential risks involved with organizations current technology, we also assess the risk of implementing a newly designed IT framework. We work with organizations to define a technology budget and align the budget with risks.
Meet with Stakeholders

We take the time to listen to stakeholders and hear their IT vision. We discuss organizational needs and constraints.
Develop Project Plan, Implement, & Test

Upon approval, the project plan will be implemented in a predetermined timeframe. We test our solutions after implementation and adjust so all IT framework is working properly.
Present Proposals

We research several IT solutions and present proposals to principals of an organization. We describe in detail the pros and cons of each proposal and ultimately determine the best solution that provides the most desirable return on investment.
